For all Public Record Request's (PRR), the Records Access Officer (RAO) for the Duxbury Police Department may be reached at rao@duxburypolice.org Only questions pertaining to the PRR process or a PRR status should be sent to that email address.

Record request forms may be obtained at the Duxbury Police Headquarters or you may download one from our website, see file attachment below.
