MIIA is in Duxbury all week Providing Emergency Vehicle Driver Training to Officers

The Massachusetts Interlocal Insurance Agency (MIIA) is in Duxbury all week (March 14-17) providing emergency vehicle driver training to Officers. Training involves a classroom component followed by several scenarios conducted in the simulator. To make the training as real as possible to actual patrol work the simulator is equipped with a police radio, lights, and sirens.
This training is very valuable to our Officers as they spend the majority of their time behind the wheel of a police car driving in varying weather conditions and responding to emergency situations.
