Duxbury Man Indicted In Child Pornography Case

On Tuesday, August 7, 2018, a Plymouth County Grand Jury handed down 58 indictments against Christopher Barlow (12/13/1996) of Duxbury on multiple charges related to child pornography and extortion. Barlow will be arraigned on August 15 at Brockton Superior Court.

The charges stem from an extensive Duxbury Police investigation initially related to various firearms and explosives violations allegedly committed by Barlow. In June of 2017, Duxbury detectives assisted by State and Federal law enforcement agencies executed a search warrant at Barlow's Duxbury residence. During that investigation police seized several electronic devices that were subsequently analyzed forensically at the Duxbury Police Computer Crimes Lab. During that court authorized search of the files, Duxbury Police examiners located evidence to support these new charges.
