In September 2017, the Duxbury Police Department partned with the Pink Patch Project. The project is an innovative public awareness campaign, in partnership with over 150 (as of September 2017) police departments nationwide, designed to bring attention to the fight against breast cancer and to support breast cancer research organizations in combating this devastating disease.
