Application fee: There are two separate fees for this license, a State fee and a Town fee which must be paid separately. The first fee is $30.00 bank check or money order made payable to the "Commonwealth of Massachusetts". In addition to a signature, the money order or bank check shall include the name of the applicant in hand printed block letters. The second fee is $45.00, please make a check or money order made payable to “Town of Duxbury”. Total fee amount: $ 75.00
