Missing Duxbury Girl Found Safe in Connecticut

Windsor CT Police have located Shayla Weber of Duxbury at a home in their community today. Weber is in good health and will be turned over to Connecticut child welfare authorities. Duxbury Police detectives pinpointed Weber’s location on Richard Road in Windsor CT by computer forensic means and sought the assistance of Windsor PD detectives to attempt to locate her there. Weber was found at the location by Windsor Police. During the thirteen day investigation, Duxbury Police received, and followed up on, dozens of tips received from the public in which some directly aided in her being located safely today. The Duxbury Police investigation was assisted by police in Brockton, Randolph and Lexington. Investigative support was also received from the Mass State Police, FBI , Secret Service and the Center for Missing and Exploited Children.
